Rose Quarter to Gorge Trail

A Well Connected, Livable Corridor Option
for Healthy and Safe Travel

Enjoy the Outdoors and Commuting by Cruising Through the Urban to Scenic Bicycle and Pedestrian Trail

The 30-mile bike and pedestrian trail between the Willamette River and Columbia River is called the Rose Quarter to Gorge Trail (RQGT).

A 5.6 mile section of this corridor between the Peace Memorial Park and Highway 205 is known as the Sullivan’s Gulch Trail (SGT). The SGT Concept Plan was unanimously approved by the Portland City Council on July 25, 2012.

Now the RQGT Concept Plan is proposed to be located on the upper north bank of I-84 to Multnomah Falls, providing easy access to affordable housing.
